Because all his life has done nothing but seduce older women and full of money to lead a life of luxury, Maximo (Eugenio Derbez) marries a rich woman but with his double age. 25 years later, pampering and outgoing Maximo was bored to wake up every day with his wife who has now reached the venerable age of 80, but she has a real shock when she decides to break up by him for a younger car seller.
Forced to move from their luxurious and desperate villa to find a new home, he eventually lives with his sister, Sara (Salma Hayek), and his nerd nephew, Hugo (Raphael Alejandro), in their little house apartment. Eager to return to his luxurious lifestyle, Maximo uses his nephew’s affection for Arden’s classmate (Mckenna Grace) to get closer to his next target: Celeste (Raquel Welch), a grandmother billionaire widow.
Maximo teaches his nephew some tricks he thinks he works with women and gets very close to Hugo. Maximo then tries to regain the charm of a Latin lover, but he fails every time in a lamentable manner. Sara gets to know Maximo’s tricks and casts him out of her house because he does not want her son to be negatively influenced by him.
